​As we look around it seems to be a topic that draws a lot of attention.
Terms like the "mega-church" spark images of buildings filled with 1000s of people,
gathering for worship, massive structures on sprawling campuses with parking ministries and shuttle buses.
I've been to those kind of churches. They're amazing.

But then you wonder, how did they get to be like that.
What was it that led them to grow so fast, so large?
Some of them grew up fast, like by leaps and bounds.
 
So what is the secret?
What is it that makes these church grow?
